About Us

Touchstone is a non-profit community based social service agency. We have been providing services to Richmond and nearby areas since 1983. Our services have primarily focused on preserving and enhancing family relationships. Through qualified staff, we offer a wide variety of professional services to the community.

Mission:

Strengthening the social health and independence of families and children through effective intervention and support services.

Objectives:

Touchstone Family Association is a non-profit society offering a range of services to youth and their families in crisis.

The Association's objectives are:
1. To establish and operate preventative services to children, and their families in the City of Richmond and surrounding municipalities.
2. To inform the residents of Richmond as to the importance of the services being provided to families and children.

Meet our Board of Directors
Touchstone Family Association (TFA) has a long history of helping families in Richmond to stay together and stay strong. As we enter our 25th year in the community, we are working tirelessly to remove barriers to accessing services for families, youth and children. With our innovative and varied programs, partnerships and counselling services off ered in over 9 languages, TFA is committed to being a Canadian leader in family preservation. I would like to say how proud I am of the agency, its staff and Board of Directors in our many accomplishments and look forward to celebrating our 25th Anniversary in 2009.
