Heather Awad
Heather received her BA in Psychology with a Curriculum and Instruction Minor from Simon Fraser University. She is a part of The Family Preservation and Reunification program at Touchstone as a Adult, Youth & Child Counsellor/Intake worker. Coming from a very strong family background, Heather truly believes that the preservation of the family structure unit is the foundation to success. She feels privileged to be a part of an association supporting families in building that cornerstone. |

Nicole Cartier
Nicole Cartier is a member of the Family Preservation and Reunification team and heads up Touchstone's Supervised Access program. With a background in psychology and family studies, Nicole enjoys the frontline aspect of her position. When Nicole is not running after children, she is running marathons! |

King-lok Choi
My name is King-lok Choi. I am a clinical counsellor. I came to Vancouver from Hong Kong in 2002. I have a background in education and counseling and have quite ample working experiences with children and their families. I have two adolescents at home and would like to share and exchange our views and experiences with other parents. |

Robin Classen
Robin earned a BA in Psychology and English Literature from UBC before completing a diploma in Professional Counselling from the Vancouver College of Counsellor Training. Robin feels that she is well suited to provide parenting support to families in the community because she strongly believes that parenting is the most important job in the world and that children will thrive if made to feel loved and special. “I'm inspired when families reach the potential they never knew they had”. |

Moe Garba
Moe joined Touchstone Family Association as a Youth and Family Counsellor in 2004. Prior to this, he had worked for a variety of social services agencies in various capacities in Greater Vancouver from 1982 to present.
Moe is inspired by providing support for families and youth in situations of crisis and conflict resolution.
Moe is a graduate of Simon Fraser University (SFU).

Kelly Gault
Kelly has been a counselor at Touchstone Family Association for 8 years, 6 of which have been in Richmond. She believes in the African proverb that it takes a village to raise a child and is proud to work with an organization and staff who share with philosophy. Kelly is newly planted Richmond resident along with her wonderful husband and son.

Selina Ma
Selina is a Clinical Counsellor and has worked with Touchstone Family Association since February 1998. She is dedicated and experienced in working with individuals, couples, families and psycho-educational groups. She is a certified facilitator of Touchstone’s Restorative Justice Program. |

Cheryl Penner
Cheryl is an Adult, Youth & Child Counsellor / FASD/CDBC Keyworker, she provides individual and family counselling for FASD/CDBC specific clients, provides FASD/CDBC educational presentations, and facilitates an FASD/CDBD parent support group. I am inspired by the way the theraputic relationship can transform lives. |

Dara Rosenzveig, B.A., D.V.A.T.I.
Dara Rosenzveig has been working with Touchstone Family Association since 1996. For her first three years she worked with adolescents and their families at Francis House, an adolescent therapeutic group home run by TFA. Since 1999 Dara has been working with adolescents, children and their families in Richmond to support their well being, nurturing closer connections and helping parents have more choices in how they parent their children. Dara also co-facilitates the Children’s Social Skills Group which supports children with learning new social skills. Dara is trained as an Art Therapist which she utilizes in some of her work with individuals and families. |

Carey Selk-Rodger
Carey is currently a Adult, Youth & Child Counsellor with Touchstone Family Association and has been with the agency since 2001. Carey has a passion for Integrative Energy Healing and enjoys supporting clients work towards balancing the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of their well-being. |

Ashwin Sharma
No man is an island, but I was born on one. My early experiences growing up as an immigrant in the diverse community of east Vancouver has positioned me to be compassionate towards children and their traumatic experiences. My passion is to support children everywhere, including here in Richmond. I have been working with Touchstone Family Association since 1995. |

Ben Tai
Ben has a M.A in Counselling Psychology and worked in various social service settings both in Hong Kong and Vancouver. He is a clinical counsellor in the Family Preservation and Family Reunification Program at Touchstone Family Association. Ben is experienced in working with individuals and family as well as running psycho-educational groups. |

Teresa Vozza
Teresa is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with degrees in Psychology, Criminology and Counselling Psychology. She is also a trained Restorative Justice Facilitator. Teresa enjoys working with a variety of families, especially those with young children. Teresa lives in West Richmond with her husband and son. |

Nir Yahav
Nir holds a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology and is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who has been working with Touchstone Family Association since June 2007 in the Family Preservation and Reunification Program. Aside from counselling individuals, couples, and families, Nir is also a co-facilitator in the Men, Anger, and the Family Group.
What inspires me about my job is having the unique opportunity of relating to people in a special way that helps facilitate their self-growth, awareness and fulfillment as a step toward making the changes that they seek for themselves.

Sylvia Li
Sylvia Bin Li is a counseling practicum student in the Family Preservation and Reunification Program at Touchstone. She is currently completing her Master of Education in Counseling Psychology at UBC. Sylvia also earned her Diploma of Guidance Studies from Faculty of Education at UBC. Her interest is to help adolescents, adults, and families to discover their inner strengths, build healthy relationships with people, and assist them to access resources.
Sylvia speaks English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. |

Sandeep Nagra
Sandeep Nagra is a practicum student in the Family Preservation and Reunification Program. She is currently completing her Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology at the Adler School of Professional Psychology. Sandeep also has her Masters in Human Development from Laurentian University and a Bachelors of Arts, Honours in Psychology from York University. Sandeep has also had experience working in the areas of trauma, domestic violence and abuse, mental health and addictions. In addition, she has experience facilitating parenting and empowerment groups. I am privileged by the opportunity to be a part of a client’s journey. I am inspired by the opportunity to help facilitate and witness the incredible strength that clients show as agents of change bringing about self-awareness and growth. |
