Steve is the foster parent support and education worker based out of Francis house. He has worked in this field for 18 years and was a foster parent for 10 years, youth worker for 5 and foster parent support worker for 3. “My mother fostered children for many years before I was born and then all through my childhood we had foster kids, it made my life very interesting and is the reason I got into the field. I had my first foster child when I was 21 and have been in the field ever since”.
